The issues with my vehicle have been fixed. Timely updates on the progress. Would have rated 5 star if I were provided with a loaner vehicle with insurance coverage paid out of pocket.

I was in a bind when I realized I had a mail in my newly installed tires. Rich immediately worked to get a new tire, get it into the shop to fix it and had me in and out in an hour to help me get to kids carpool! Outstanding service!!!
