My last visit to Audi service was fantastic! Unfortunately, the experience there has been lacking until this point (purchasing the car and servicing the car), but the last visit was very good. My service advisor, Kaye, communicated professionally and thoroughly to keep me updated throughout the entire process. She also managed to help locate and acquire tires - when they weren’t available on-site - quickly to get me out the door in time for my boys’ carpool pickup. And the loaner car was much appreciated so I could wait in the comfort of my own home. Thank you!

After having a horrible experience with CarMax and having to return a Q7. I came to Audi Atlanta and I was a bit upset at the fact that Audi North Atlanta had a pre-certified Q7 that upon closer inspection had been wrecked in the front, as evidenced by the lower headlight being taped up, and the passenger door handle had major damage. I was about to walk out. Lydia did a fantastic job of saving the deal. She found a Q7 that was not yet in the inventory. It was clean and mostly perfect. I appreciate that Lydia went to bat for me and I was able to secure some enhancements and concessions on my car purchase. Steve did a wonderful job of showing me the features of my car. Thank you!
