After having a horrible experience with CarMax and having to return a Q7. I came to Audi Atlanta and I was a bit upset at the fact that Audi North Atlanta had a pre-certified Q7 that upon closer inspection had been wrecked in the front, as evidenced by the lower headlight being taped up, and the passenger door handle had major damage.I was about to walk out. Lydia did a fantastic job of saving the deal. She found a Q7 that was not yet in the inventory. It was clean and mostly perfect. I appreciate that Lydia went to bat for me and I was able to secure some enhancements and concessions on my car purchase.Steve did a wonderful job of showing me the features of my car.Thank you!

My tire light went on, was concerned about losing pressure, with no appointment I pulled into the dealership, was met with this being a high priority for safeness, fortunately they had the tires to be able to replace in stock, work was completed within 3 1/2 hours with no appointment, very grateful!!! Thank you sincerely

Transmission seemed to be acting up on occasion not all the time. Technician diagnosis was shifter was sticking and recommended if it kept happening to have that part replaced but not necessary at this time. Less than an hour to determine the fix but another hour to complete checkout.
