Working with Chris was definitely a 5-star experience. He was upfront about everything and worked with us to get the car quickly. The only issue we ran into (just recently) was that there was work to be done as a result of a recall. As such, we couldn't get delivery of the car at the time of purchase. Again Chris worked to get the car prepped early the next day so we could pick it up. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to Chris, the work wasn't executed completely and we now need to bring the car back to finish up the recall remediations. I don't believe that Chris should be held responsible for incomplete work by the technicians so I am still giving him a 5-star rating

Lori Mohr, our sales associate, spent a great deal of time with us over the phone so all our questions had been answered and all our paperwork was ready to process when we arrived.

This was my first car buying experience in 16 years and Greg made it a very pleasant one. He answered all my questions thoroughly and offered insight and information I would not have thought of otherwise. He worked with me on my trade in and finance rate to make them competitive compared to the other quotes I received and was helpful walking me through all of the new technology I was unfamiliar with.
