The service at Audi was excellent. Roy did a great job of getting everything taken care of that was required, keeping me informed and my car ready when he said it would be ready. The car runs great and the detail work that was done on the car made it look brand new.

Dropped off car for recall parts replacement. Roy was polite and efficient - as always. He ensured that everything was taken care of and completed on time. Appreciate his timely communication throughout the process - from booking an appointment to calling me to inform that my car was ready for pick-up.

Audi North Atlanta’s sales and service departments are great. They have taken excellent care of my vehicle from the day I purchased it. The service staff are very courteous and professional. Roy Reboucas is my service advisor and he explains everything in detail whether my car is in for routine maintenance, updates, or a repair. He patiently answers all of my many questions, and keeps me apprised of the status of my vehicle. I appreciate their sincere caring for their customers and will continue to use their service.

Working with Chris was definitely a 5-star experience. He was upfront about everything and worked with us to get the car quickly.The only issue we ran into (just recently) was that there was work to be done as a result of a recall. As such, we couldn't get delivery of the car at the time of purchase. Again Chris worked to get the car prepped early the next day so we could pick it up. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to Chris, the work wasn't executed completely and we now need to bring the car back to finish up the recall remediations.I don't believe that Chris should be held responsible for incomplete work by the technicians so I am still giving him a 5-star rating
