I received excellent service from Audi North Atlanta's service department. My service rep clearly explained the details of the service that was going to be performed along with the most economical package to take care of this major service. I was not expecting to receive a loaner, but my service rep bent backwards to ensure I got a loaner. The next day, service tech identified certain additional areas that needed urgent attention by texting me a video of the issues discovered. This helped me understand the issues in detail since I could clearly see the gauge readings in the video. Then I talked to my service rep to discuss the best course of action. Ultimately, I felt very comfortable having my car worked on by Audi North Atlanta since they were thorough, courteous, honest, and best value for service and repairs on my Audi. I can drive my car with peace of mind knowing that they will stand behind their work!
