Kay Khim is a great service writer. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back for my yearly service. Kay always makes sure I am taken care. An example is when they are really busy and its going to take overly long, she will keep me updated, ask if I want a rental or do I want to wait. Kay is definitely a credit to your company.

I took my A7 in for a front windshield replacement back in late October and finally got an appointment for early November for the service. The bad news was that despite my early reserved appt - the Service Team did not order my windshield in advance which meant my repair/replacement would need another 10 days... but Amy Plunger who is my service manager handled all this very well & ensured that I got a loaner car. Once I did get my car back in late November - it was found that some scratches were made to my rear spoiler while my car was at the service site for 2-weeks... I took the car back and the service department agreed to have this spoiler repaired & repainted - again, Amy did a great job to just find a way. And lastly.... as soon as I picked up my A7 again from the paint work - the rear spoiler malfunctioned and needed to be replaced with a new motor... again, another week or more in the service dept but Amy found a way to make it all work. It's not about the mistakes we make but HOW WE HANDLE THEM that matters most in customer service and Amy and the Audi North Atlanta team kept finding a way to make the best of it.

I am very happy with the service. The sales executive person listened all my questions carefully and explain all of them in detail. He toured and explained all the features of the car in detail. One of the reason to choose this dealership is because of his welcomed behavior.

Roy, was ready for me and made me feel welcome. He was very concerned if I have any concerns about the car. There were 2 minor recommends the was explained to me and I wanted to have it done anyway. Roy explained to me when to return again.
