The process was relatively easy. We were promised a 2nd key fob and I have contacted Erwin multiple times the last 2 weeks and he will not respond. Not very happy about that, still haven't received our key fob. There also were ants in the car and he promised that would be taken care of, and we have just now (2 weeks Later) gotten the ants under control. Happy with the process of buying but VERY Disappointed in the follow up service. This is not the way I am accustomed to be treated.
