My experience was great. They recommended my brakes for replacement. They sent me a video of the inspection as proof. In my 30 years of driving, no service center has ever done that! They completed my 40,000 mile service and brake replacement well ahead of schedule. My service advisor, Robert, was great at updating me on the status of my vehicle and answering any questions I had.

Had an excellent experience with Kay during my last service. She is attentive and very transparent with what is going on and actually provides some guidance on what would be the best route to take. She is also knowledgeable about what is covered in the different plans and makes sure you are aware of them. I'll probably continue to go to Audi North Atlanta as long as Kay works there. Not a big fan of the sales folks though...
