Had an excellent experience with Kay during my last service. She is attentive and very transparent with what is going on and actually provides some guidance on what would be the best route to take. She is also knowledgeable about what is covered in the different plans and makes sure you are aware of them. I'll probably continue to go to Audi North Atlanta as long as Kay works there. Not a big fan of the sales folks though...

Clarence Pennie was a true professional and throughout my dialogue and communication with him I could tell that he sincerely cared about doing the right thing for me as the customer. He was on top of every aspect of the purchasing process and it was an absolute pleasure having him as my sales rep. It was the absolute best out of and in state vehicle purchase experience I have had due to Clarence keeping his word and his overall demeanor.
