Took very good care of me and getting my car serviced in a timely manor

I appreciate David taking the time to drive the car over for a test drive. The service department needs to do a better job of cleaning and detailing the car. We were ready to walk away from the deal if David had not personally cleaned parts of the interior that were left dirty.

Roy communicates well throughout the time my car is in service. He always reminds me that he is available anytime if I have questions during the process.

As always, my service experience with Kay was excellent.
