This was a true Audi "experience". It was supposed to be the first oil change in the Audi Cares package and it turned into an additional 3 hour repair/replacement. Rich was very informative and offered to give us a ride to downtown Alpharetta. We opted to stay and continue reading our books. Of course we had coffee and snacks and a comfy chair to read and relaax in for the morning/afternoon. Kudos to all who worked on our Q7 that day.
