Robert Magnus was extremely helpful and maintain constant communication about my car repair/maintenance. Given I am deaf, it was very helpful that Robert and I communicated via text/email to make sure everything was clear about repair/costs. Thank you Robert!

Car buying made easy during COVID times, though the absence of technical support in deciphering the car’s many technical features is not helpful, as Audi staff are not permitted in the vehicle with the customer. The sales rep was good and patient in standing outside the vehicle and providing basic instructions, I.e. pairing my phone, but at least an hour’s instruction should be provided. I have now spent three or four hours in the car playing with the tech, but enrolling in myAudi continues to be a problem. I have now been on hold with Audi Connect customer care for 15 minutes and holding… not good. There should be a provision for them to call me back!
