I brought our 2018 S4 in for the 30K mile service and to diagnose a rear window roll-down issue. Our Service Consultant Roy is always helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with, and our Service Tech Jesse did a great job with the service and explained everything perfectly, as always. And our vehicles are perfectly cared for during every service. Roy & Jesse are the best service team I've ever worked with and make every service visit a pleasure!

Lydia Jackson was phenomenal to work with. From greeting to delivery Lydia was personable, professional and attentive to what I needed in my car buying experience. Follow up in very important to me and Lydia did not disappoint, if she said she would do something she did. She followed up with me and took time to get to know me and make the experience personable. The management and finance teams also worked with me to get me the deal I wanted and financing rate that I requested. Had car for a week, couldn’t reproduce what was happening. We went to pick vehicle back up and when we left dealership it happened again. Drove right. Back in, took photos and asked mechanic to look a5 dash. 3 days later car was repaired. Thankfully you had a loaner!
