This 6-week long visit looked to be a complete disaster (as in buyback) until Kenny Snyder stepped in. The car had been diagnosed remotely by Audi, a part ordered, a 3-week wait to get it, and then the part did not fix the car. Once Kenny got involved, In 1 day he managed to find the actual problem, located the part domestically and had the vehicle repaired in a matter of days.

The team was awesome! very courteous and professional. dropped the car off and it was finished a couple of days ahead of schedule. My wife picked up the car and said that was the fastest easiest checkout process ever.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the North Audi location. Chris, our super knowledgeable sales representative made our Audi experience well worth it. My wife was fully on board to buy a BMW X5, however after chatting with Chris she was eager to buy from Audi. I was pleasantly surprised. Chris is major asset and I pray he's here next year when it's my turn to buy. The Q7's are nice! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
