David was a very good salesman. However, he didn't tell me how long to expect to be at the Audi dealership to fill out all the paperwork-- including financing. He forgot to get the car tinted until right before my appointment time. I had to leave the dealership after an hour and a half to pick up my daughter. I had to come back later in the day to finish up my paperwork and retrieve me car. Also, Avery was solid overall, but botched the price for my Resistall warranty and now Audi owes me $.

A difficult issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a prompt manner.
