Service tech was very thorough and kept me up to date, on the progress and assessing the concern that I had regarding grinding sound when making slow sharp right turns. The atmosphere of the waiting and showroom is very comfortable and inviting. Great service all around!!

Kim was a very good service consultant who listened to our concerns. Although our brake issue was not completely resolved, we understand the explanation that was given, and will see if the issue continues.

I did call back the following day and ask for my service manager to verify something on my bill. I never did receive a return call after leaving a voicemail… I proceeded to call my Audi dealer in another state and they promptly answered my question. . 🙁

Darryl was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also explained how to operate the vehicle and was patient with us as we had to be shown more than once. He also followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with the car.
