When I arrived for my 9am appointment my salesman, Greg Savitt, was ready for my arrival and had the car prepped. Greg took me on a thorough test drive then took ample time to explain all of the features of the RS5 answer all of my questions. Greg made me feel welcome, excited about the car all without pressuring me. The entire purchase process took less than 3 hours and was entirely painless.

I truly appreciated Erwin. I called and visited multiple dealerships looking for my next car. Erwin and Kevin made me feel like I wanted to buy a vehicle. They made the process fun (there are way too many times when buying something feels like a chore instead of an experience). Thank you for making me feel like the choice was mine.
