From the gentleman that greeted me at my car when I pulled up to my service advisor to the guy who sent the video showing me what the problem was - everything was excellent. No complaints.

Our salesperson, Lori Mohr, was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I loved working with her, and we would do so again in a New York minute. She was especially helpful after the sale. We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Lori.

Lance was our salesperson and we would give him 5 stars. He was excellent. Thorough, informative, friendly, courteous and respectful. He is a fine representative of your brand and we would recommend his services to others. The finance manager was also stellar and a pleasure to work with. She was accommodating and very professional. We gave 4 stars overall because we were quite disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the Sales Manager, Kevin. He was called over during the sale negotiation and we both felt that he was condescending and disrespectful in his tone of voice. We called over Steve to clarify something he told us the day before regarding a tow package and Kevin proceeded to engage in an argument with Steve in front of us and Lance. When we came back to the dealership on 7/19 to pick up our vehicle we sat at Lances desk to finalize the delivery and could clearly hear Kevin and Steve arguing loudly over a non business related subject. There were customers around and the other salespeople were embarrassed and walked over to tell them to keep it down. As experienced luxury car buyers we were taken back by this extreme level of unprofessionalism amongst sales managers.

Got windshield don time and had all competed within 2 days. Allowed for a car rental though all Audi loaners not available. Timely and professional.
