After waiting 9 months for my car, it was a pleasure to finally receive it ! I want to commend both Matt Frier and Kevin Garneys for holding my hand throughout this ordeal! Kevin answered all my questions throughout the process and Matt gave me an excellent deal when things started to get pretty hairy during the Covid fiasco. This is the second A7 i have bought from Matt and he is always a first class act and truly tries to make the customer happy. The only "ding" against the dealership I have is doing away with tech experts that can assist the customer with all the tech stuff. You use to have Audi 101 when I bought my last audi years ago. It really helped back then and I could have really used them this time around. I would really recommend getting that program back. All in All a great experience other than the incredible wait!

I had an issue with very loud whirring noise coming from my RS7 which was identified from an independent service shop. They said it was a issue identified by Audi and an extended warranty on this was available at Audi. I contacted this Audi dealer, who understood the problem and the service rep was as nice as he could be with the situation. But I was informed that Audi would not cover unless the check engine light was on. Unfortunately, the car made a very load noise and I had to drive it around with this load noise until the check engine light came on for about 1-1/2 weeks. It was extremely embarrassing. Especially given this particular model and the amount of money this car cost. I would think that Audi would want to protect their reputation a little more. I just want to make sure that I have no issue with this Audi Dealer Service department, but I am not pleased with the way Audi is handling this with their customers.
