I'm so glad I called and got lucky that Kevin answered - it was so nice talking to a sales guy that was patient and answered my questions! When inventory picks up, I will def. want to work with him to purchase my next Audi. The process with finance could use a good bit of improvement.

Great job conducted by sales and financial professionals, however, the maintenance team fell short in preparing the vehicle for sale. I had to request the car be touched up (mats were dirty and wiped down inside) before departing with my purchase.
