Lori greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked into the showroom. She understood which features were most important to us in a new vehicle and guided us accordingly. We did not feel rushed or pressured. She has an amazing sense of humor and was fun to work with. Love her! I would work with her again in the future. Kevin B. was the same Kevin B. that I met 15 years ago which is not a bad thing. I actually asked for Kevin B. when I first walked in to the showroom. He assured us that Lori would take care of us. I would gladly work with Kevin B. in the future. The finance person (I think his name is Marlon) did not seem to have much of a personality. He attempted to make "small talk" with us but it seemed rehearsed and not genuine. I'm not trying to be rude, but he seemed very confused and as though he did not know what he was doing.

I feel confident that I can come back with follow up questions without getting blown off. Avery was diligent and through as the F&I person and worked with us at a high level. Lori, Nick's sales co-worker, was extremely Helpful and accomodating on the follow-up. Great sense of humor! Also helping Nick when I brought additional paperwork in to the dealership and it was Nick's day off. Fantastic Experience Overall!
