My last Audi service was nothing short of excellent. Making the appointment was easy and suited my schedule perfectly. From the moment I dropped off my A4, I was greeted immediately and kept informed thoughout the process. I was notifed when my service was complete and when I arrived, I was given a thorough explanation of everything that was done. I was very satisfied with the whle experience.
