As always Kay's customer service is outstanding. I really liked the idea of sending a report in a video shape to be able to understand what is wrong with the car and the recommendations done.

No appointment drove up within minutes of dashboard light coming on. Team assessed issue within 5 min, had me in a loaner within 10 min so I could pick my kid up at practice on time. Car was fixed and ready by end of day, and Amy made sure I was taking advantage of all my available warranty coverage so my out of pocket was negligible. You can buy a car anywhere - you can’t get this kind of service anywhere.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I really appreciate Audi changing the AC unit and cover ing it under the warranty. I do still have one minor problem which you have worked on several times but it seems to be reoccurring. At times the sunroof makes an unusual noise. I brought it to Kay Kims attention and when I picked the car up she said the service man had driven the car and did not notice any noise. By the time I got home it was happening again. I would like to get it fixed when I return for the 70,000 mile servicing
