Response team and work was covered under extended warranty. Loaner provided via Enterprise, but would've preferred an Audi.

I enjoy the customer experience here. Great Team! Not always the most cost effective. However, I am always so confident after Lauren LaVecchia works on my A5. I appreciate being informed on ALL of what's needed but not pressured into anything! I'll continue to service here when budget allows.
