The service department has been great to work with but the overall Audi experience has not been ideal. Someone from sales continues to call my previous employers number attempting to contact me after I have corrected this numerous times. They also sent my license plate to the wrong location and I never received it. I have had a difficult time getting anyone in the department on the phone.
