Overall it was a very good experience. I think when u call to bring your car in for a service they should ask more questions. I was told 1 1/2 hour wait and then when I get there they tell me2 1/2 - 3 hours. They had a car for me but would be nice to know ahead of time. After service was completed they handed me keys. Did not tell me where my car was and I had to remove all protective paper on seat and floor myself. No big deal to do but have never had that happen in all my years of having my car Serviced.

My experience was great. Justin did an excellent job of getting everything prepared from start to finish. I wanted to do as much as possibly, remotely, and was able to do so. All I needed to do when I came in was sign the papers and pay. Justin and Audi North Atlanta made it all possible!

All of the routine service was handled very well. I was disappointed that there was no one available that could help me with technology questions. I do understand that the pandemic situation had put a strain in many businesses, especially when it comes to staffing. I look forward to when you are back to full staff and are able to resolve my non critical technology issues.
