All staff members were very professional and courteous in regards of the care of my vehicle. They listened to my concerns and acted diligently based on the information I gave them. They were all fantastic. Would highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

We cannot say enough great things about Amy Pluger, our Service Representative!!! She is incredibly efficient, knowledgable and personable. Kudos also to Kay Khim for assisting if Amy isn’t available. She’s also excellent!

It was excellent , Gregg and team did a great job and really made it ,limited pressure. I only have one gripe I was told it had built in fizz buster and no one showed it to me or how it works etc...

I had the best car-buying experience here that I've ever had. I found a lease deal I liked on Edmund's on a new Q5 and hit the button letting the dealer know I was interested. The follow-up was almost immediate, and I found the sales folks there to be highly attentive without being overbearing (a fine line!). Justin Barber was the sales rep with whom I worked, and I can't say enough good things about him. I'll send friends and family his way for as long as he sells cars. Both digitally and in-person, their communication was pitch-perfect in my opinion. The whole place seems to be well-run. The sales team clearly has solid systems in place to ensure a good customer experience across platforms. (I had a seamless transition from Edmund's to communicating with the Audi North Atlanta sales team via text, mobile, and email, by the time I had closed the deal, to my in-person visit to pick up the car.)

Nice .. sweet and simple Every from David to my finance was great ... I have 679 credit score so he got me a lower rate 4.7 then my credit union .. Was good .. only thing I notice car has all navigation functions but no navigation .. screen says need to be program ? David says it didn’t come with Navi but has all the features But all else was great
