Kay does an outstanding job, she is knowledgeable and a good communicator.

Gregg was great and helped me find the car I wanted. He also made sure it was perfect before I came to pick it up. He found a problem with the back latch in his inspection and made sure it got fixed before I took ownership. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have noticed for a while. I appreciated his honesty throughout the process.

Lori was fantastic. Things went sideways with finance. He conveniently got the final agreed upon price wrong and then ignored the pre-approval I told him about twice and tried to charge me 3.69% APR. He tried to slide the paperwork in front on my quickly thinking I wouldn’t catch it - total scam.

When I dropped off the vehicle, the person assisting with paperwork said a 10% discount could be offered and when I came to pick up the vehicle, only a 5% discount was given. They asked to do additional services to the vehicle, which I approved, thinking that I would be getting a 10% discount on the work.
