The salesman was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process go very smoothly. The finance manager was very knowledgeable of the products being offered and did a good job presenting them. He too was well organized and made the finance part of the process go very smoothly.

First service experience with an Audi vehicle. Made an appointment for an oil change that took over an hour to complete. Not sure if that’s normal. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Amy continues to be the best. She was ready when I arrived, she finished with the car earlier than expected, I trust her opinion and guidance as someone who is customer centric vs. simply looking to maximize the service bill/customer. Overall great experience.
