My service advisor was Robert M. He was attentive, punctual, and very helpful in getting my Q5 service diagnosis and required & recommended services completed. It was an overall efficient process and my car was returned back to me with issues resolved and super clean.

Nice experience overall. But I got a bit disappointed from the lady who refused to give me plastic bags which I requested to install on my car seats from my own. Not sure if this is not something Audi doesn't provide to their customers or what but I thought this request shouldn't have been refused.

After shopping for a new car for several months, I wanted to explore the Q5. My salesman, Diego Morales, explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. He was professional and extremely patient with me and made the car buying experience a pleasure. Compared to the other luxury cars I had driven, the Q5 was by far my favorite.
