I brought my Q7 in for recall work. My service guy (Roy) arranged a car for me so I could complete all the things in my schedule. My car was finished quicker than expected, and later that afternoon I was able to pick it up!

Response team and work was covered under extended warranty. Loaner provided via Enterprise, but would've preferred an Audi.
