Lori was an absolute delight! She could not have been more helpful or informative throughout the car buying process. The finance man however, not so much. I came to the dealership with financing in place and he ran my credit again without my knowledge or consent. He blew through the paperwork for initials and signatures without explaining anything really. I will read through it all on my next day off. Thank you for your inquiry.

We waited 4 hours for a Financial Consultant to be available. They really should have given us an appointment time to return that day or the next.
