They left the service due light on to force me to come back in 6000 miles to get an oil change. The service advisor tried to scare me by telling me my battery needed to be replaced and that it probably would not start back up once I got home. It started before I came, and has been running a week after my service. I believe they started the car and had it running and waiting for me, just so that I wouldn't notice the service due light was back on. After this Audi Marietta for my next service needs.

Service visit was to install H&R Sport springs in our SQ5. Roy and Jesse were great to work with and Jesse did an outstanding job with the spring install and alignment. The alignment seems perfect whether driving straight sections or the North GA & WNC twisties. Roy & Jesse make service visits at Audi North Atlanta a pleasure, and this was another great job.

Lori Hannon Mohr and Erwin were very welcoming and put me right at ease. I was very nervous about purchasing a new car as I had driven my last car for 10 years and loved it but it was time for a new car. I had little experience about all the particulars that are involved in purchasing a new car but they were very gracious and patient with me. I had already been to two other different dealerships and they were by far the most pleasant to work with...I did feel like family. Avery who handled all the paperwork was wonderful. They worked together and with me very well. I felt I received a very fair deal and I am very happy with my new car.
