Our service rep, Kay Khim is outstanding. Also, while I was waiting the service dept mgr came and asked if anyone wanted progress updates. He went and checked in the status of my car. I can’t say enough about Kay- she is the reason we drive 30 minutes to get our Audis serviced when there is another dealer 5 miles from our house.

Kevin was very helpful and patient and was not pushy at all. Very pleasant shopping experience and comfortable surroundings. The hot coffee on a cold day was appreciated
