Robert was great. Made sure I had a loaner car from Audi as oppose to going to Enterprise. Only 4 stars since the price seemed extremely high and the fact the dealership will not plug a nail in the tire. That's ridiculous. Ended of paying $300 for a new tire. Service is great though.
