The entire process with Lori was great - she really helped us reach a deal we both could agree on and definitely showed she cared about our thoughts. The only part we didn't enjoy was the financing part with Gloria - she seemed to rush us through the entire process and seemed annoyed when we were asking questions to make sure we were understanding everything correctly. At the end of the day we walked out of the dealership happy, but we were less than thrilled about the financing part solely for the experience while we were in there.
