Kay was good and very professional, the vehicle was diagnosed within a couple hours and to my surprise the following. I found out my vehicle was fraudulently sold a warranty I did not agree to. I negotiated 100k and come to find out it was only 20k extra miles for 2500..I do not buy warranty's less then 100k..never have..never will.. I also didn't get my 10% discount when I called to verify the price and discuss the class action law suit but slightly ran over it 3k miles. I towed the car from Alabama thinking it was covered under warranty. No reason to use audi in the future. I'll be getting rid of this and getting a Toyota or Ford F250.

We have purchased another Audi and brought it back because of the quality car care and excellent customer service we receive from Roy. He is the best!

My experience was really great. Service was excellent and everything went smoothly from dropping off my vehicle, getting set up with a loaner, returning the loaner, and picking up my vehicle.
