I had an issue with very loud whirring noise coming from my RS7 which was identified from an independent service shop. They said it was a issue identified by Audi and an extended warranty on this was available at Audi. I contacted this Audi dealer, who understood the problem and the service rep was as nice as he could be with the situation. But I was informed that Audi would not cover unless the check engine light was on. Unfortunately, the car made a very load noise and I had to drive it around with this load noise until the check engine light came on for about 1-1/2 weeks. It was extremely embarrassing. Especially given this particular model and the amount of money this car cost. I would think that Audi would want to protect their reputation a little more. I just want to make sure that I have no issue with this Audi Dealer Service department, but I am not pleased with the way Audi is handling this with their customers.

Service was easily scheduled, and performed quickly. Staff was courteous, as they always are. Thanks for a great experience.

As always, the Service Department did everything in their power to ensure that our repair experience was optimal. The experience, and how we are treated while there lacks nothing. Where I take a little issue is with the fact that at 80,000 + miles, it seems the car is now constantly in the shop with problems.
