Associates greeted me quickly with a friendly, respectful manner. My service representative was busy with another customer but I was quickly assisted by another associate. My service rep, Roy, kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions when he delivered my washed vehicle to me. Great service as always!

We had a pleasant experience. David Olman was really great and really did try to work with us to get what we wanted. He was very easy to work with. My only complaint is how long it took to get the paperwork finalized. We purchased my husband's vehicle a few years ago at a different Audi dealer and it was much quicker. I had even completed our credit applications beforehand because I thought that would make things move a bit quicker. This was no fault of David, but I felt it should be mentioned. I would definitely work with David again if I were going to purchase another Audi! Great customer service!

I had called and spoken to Steve and told him I didn't want to waste my time or his. I would come up to the dealership- I knew exactly what I wanted. Within an hour and 15 mins he listened to me, made the car I wanted happen for the price in my budget! Great Service.

Great service work and communication. Scheduling could be improved, as my vehicle was there for a few days before making it into a technician bay, but rental was covered by the dealership.
