Overall good experience. Didn't care for the window tint that I wasn't told about but charged for. (Mainly because I wouldn't preferred to choose the tint darkness). Also, my temporary plate has just expired and I've been trying to reach the dealership for 1 week and no one has answered/called back after 10+ calls.

The service was great. Communication was GREAT except from the minute I got in my car there were ants in my car for DAYS. I did not have ants in my car when I dropped off. It must have been parked somewhere during the week where it picked them up.

Chris Stroud was extremely help in helping us evaluate the e-tron, test drive and finally select the car to purchase.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I really appreciate Audi changing the AC unit and cover ing it under the warranty. I do still have one minor problem which you have worked on several times but it seems to be reoccurring. At times the sunroof makes an unusual noise. I brought it to Kay Kims attention and when I picked the car up she said the service man had driven the car and did not notice any noise. By the time I got home it was happening again. I would like to get it fixed when I return for the 70,000 mile servicing
