Chris Stroud was friendly, accommodating, and straight forward. He held the vehicle for us and did not waste our time arriving at a deal after inspecting the vehicle. He and the finance manager did not try to pressure us into a final price or add-ons. The only disappointment was Monday night through Tuesday, as we could not get the Used Car sales manager to call us back to hold the vehicle, even though we left several voicemails and personal messages.

Todd was fantastic; knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. He worked hard to meet my budget and find me the exact car I wanted. It was shipped from Florida and he kept me updated each step of the way. Then when I came back to get it and sign the papers he was right there walking me through everything and walked me through everything in my car, helped to set up my phone and google and was super nice. The staff that helped me with the paperwork were fantastic as well.
