Service intake and checkout were both seamless. Staff was very nice. Silver Q7 loaner had a funky, not-so-great smell in it. But we do appreciate the loaner!

David O was extremely courteous and attentive. We went online and requested for a call back. He responded promptly and set up an appointment due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. We arrive and the overall experience was seamless. Second Audi I buy and I travel past 2 Audi dealer to get to this one cause of the service department. So thank you for your outstanding experience!!

My experience was great. Justin did an excellent job of getting everything prepared from start to finish. I wanted to do as much as possibly, remotely, and was able to do so. All I needed to do when I came in was sign the papers and pay. Justin and Audi North Atlanta made it all possible!

All of the routine service was handled very well. I was disappointed that there was no one available that could help me with technology questions. I do understand that the pandemic situation had put a strain in many businesses, especially when it comes to staffing. I look forward to when you are back to full staff and are able to resolve my non critical technology issues.
