I had the best experience at the Audi service center. Roy Reboucas took care of me, no wait times, arranged Lyft shuttle to office and back, helped me with Coffee and refershment while there. Even the technician's video explaining the additional service was very clear and informative. 5 star service and a truly happy customer.

The service was good, but I found the price of replacing a headlight to be extremely excessive. $500 for a headlamp is silly ??????????????????
