We had a very good experience buying our Q8 etron. The sales person was did an excellent job showing us our options and helping us make the best purchase for our money.

I brought my car in for its first oil change. Was met right away by a tech, he was very friendly and ask a few questions about my car and then pulled it in the garage. Kim, the girl at the counter checked me in and explained the price and ask if I was waiting for it or coming back for it. I said I’d come back. They called in the afternoon and said it was ready. When I got there my car was outside and cleaned inside and out. Again, Kim, had my paper work ready and checked me out, she is always very pleasant. Over all a very good experience.
