Super helpful and responsive. Even helped me change loaner vehicles when the first one didn't work for my bad knee (A5 too low to ground). Amy let me know upfront that she would be out of town and who would be covering for her. Could not have asked for more.

I came in for a battery replacement. After the vehicle check I also ended up getting an oil change and brake fluid flush.

The two advisors I met upon arrival were very friendly. It was early in the morning, and not everyone had their coffee yet. The sales team and other staff, however, didn’t acknowledge me and made me feel like I didn’t belong. I kept to myself, sipping my coffee, while waiting for my car. Despite this, my overall experience with my advisor was excellent—she was incredibly kind and helpful.
