Service advisor what’s a nice and very professional A+ experience

It was a 4 star this time because I booked online and it said $30 off your oil change. I’ve bought and service my car here since 2022 and the oil change has always been $169. Well that wasn’t the case on Monday. When I got there the service tech stated that the oil change was $199 and then the $30 would come off? Basically charging me the normal price. After thinking about it I knew that wasn’t correct. I come to the dealership so I won’t feel like I’m being scammed. This isn’t the normal service I receive.

Could not be a better experience. Blake and Jay made it very easy a smooth. This is the place to go should you are looking for an Audi.
