Jeffrey was very helpful! He took the time to listen and kept me informed throughout the leasing process. This was by far the easiest car shopping experience I have had. My mom was in the market for a new Q5 and I enjoyed working with Jeffrey so much that I shared his contact information with my mom and earlier this week he helped my mom with the lease of a new car. I got Stuart who was my service associate last time and I always feel comfortable with him. He is the main reason I come to this location after terrible experiences with Audi Gwinnett.He is honest and helpful and ready to educate me on any questions that I have. It's always a pain to come get a service as a female fearing I will get taken advantage of as I usually do but I am blessed that I foun Stuart and will only go to him if I can help it.

Always consistent service from Audi North Atlanta, however, service prices are a bit ridiculous. Over $300 for an oil change and topping off fluids is a bit much.

Well...my experience has always been through your Kay Khim, a true professional, concerned and cordially approachable. She is a great representative of your Audi Dealership...and should be given credit for being just so... She assisted me several times in researching Audi vehicles resulting in four purchases...a TT, two Q5's and my Q7. Kay was pivotal in those purchases. Thank you for asking my opinion. (Side note: I am a huge fan of diesel...like my Swiss & Spanish friends. The electric trend, not at all. Finding quality used Diesels is becoming a real task-bring some back to USA.)

Audi was unable to diagnose why my car went into Limp mode while driving.
