Bought tires from them and after couple of weeks the balancing did not seem right. Hadn't really driven on highway till then. Did not have appointment; but, I showed up and they worked me into the schedule and got it corrected. Been going to them for service even though I don't live nearby, since the other dealers, close to me, seem to be "too busy".
