This is a very busy dealership esp on the weekend. I was unable to see anyone the first visit. So I made an appt and came back another time. I was fortunate to work with Richard Yam, a very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales representative.

This was my final contract visit. It took longer than expected, but I had additional work done due to my mileage. Next year I will probably ask for a loaner so I can run some errands. I liked working with Amy.
