The job got done. I didn’t understand all of the charges even though they were explained. Such as why there was a $50 charge for parts when all I had done was a new battery. I will say that it is difficult to get a service person on the phone .

Visit was fine. The following issues with having to resign documents (twice) wasn't pleasant. I'm currently driving around with an out of date dealer drive out tag (expired Aug 13)

Oil change and some extra service. As usual got the good service that was expected from Audi North Atlanta. Friendly and officiant service. In particular Kay Khim always takes good care us.
