I was able to book an appointment fast. The check in process was very quick and I was given a time of around two hours until completion however they finished much sooner than expected.

Roy, has been my service provider since 2017. He does an exceptional job. This why I have been coming back since I purchased my Q7. I have been waiting to hear back from the service department manager on an email I received on a 35% off service coupon promotion. I understand it most likely was an error and I am happy I brought it to the service departments attention so the offer could be adjusted to correct the limitations to the offer. In my email there was no limit on the $ amount to the repair.
