Very nice experience working with the Audi North team. The facilities were very nice and clean and the Audi Team was very professional. I had my Q5 in the shop for service. This is an older car, but I have never felt that I am not treated as well as a customer with a new car. I have had that experience at another shop that deals with European cars. Kay is my service person. She is incredible! This woman gets problems solved and that is exactly what you need when you have a service visit.
