Roy, has been my service provider since 2017. He does an exceptional job.This why I have been coming back since I purchased my Q7.I have been waiting to hear back from the service department manager on an email I received on a 35% off service coupon promotion.I understand it most likely was an error and I am happy I brought it to the service departments attention so the offer could be adjusted to correct the limitations to the offer.In my email there was no limit on the $ amount to the repair.

Rob is always amazing. Very helpful in every form or way. He is also very knowledgable about the Audi products.
